EXMO - $8000 WORTH OF ETHEREUM LOST IN WITHDRAWAL

I'm making a topic about this in hopes that someone from the exmo team will help resolve this, as i saw someone else made a similar topic and exmo responded here.

I made a withdrawal from exmo to poloniex and my withdrawal shows as 'paid', yet is not shown in poloniex, has no transaction ID, and does not show in any blockchain explorer. I have reached out to exmo so far to no avail. What do i do? Lawsuit? I honestly don't want to go that route at all and simply work with exmo to resolve this.... Looking for any help that anybody can think of. I feel stuck and helpless.Thanks.

I have the same problem, but with BTC the exmo does not answer any ticket.

My investment group told me that they were hacked, and that they are holding the withdrawals because of this, I advise no one to use them to negotiate. They are not giving proper support.

So now a days it is very difficult to find out transaction because sometime it is hard to find the transaction with the present of situation of ethereum network. I hope there is no other choice better contact with your issue.
