Is this a rhetorical question? Do you know of anything of value (including all currencies) that is not used by criminals? They, especially, use anything that has value and is easily transported, to deal with. It's common sense that it is.

But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.

Well, you have your point mate, and I would say that there may be a good possibility for this to happen. I say that because one of the features of cryptocurrency is to transact with privacy and borderline secrecy because it doesn't have any paper trail and records that would show the birth to the conclusion of the transaction. I am sure that that factor would be highly sought after by dark entities because it would save them the effort hiding their dirty business.

For me no because you cannot use bitcoin as easy as you think. You really need enough gadgets just to use bitcoin.
So it will be a big hassle for the criminals to use bitcoin. Maybe they are still go for the traditional money if they are asking for ransom.

I did not yet tried it. But yes ofcourse bitcoin is being used by criminals all over the world but, it is not in a public instead it is in an anonymous transaction were in Tor using a private internet connection in accessing onion deepweb were illegal activities freely done. There are a lot of illegal activities in black market were in deepweb such as selling drugs, guns, to rent a hacker and paying for a pornography video's and other more. Bitcoin is more oftenly used in that sites. But it can also used in a good way such as charity and helping our family and making a good living through bitcoin. There are more people who used bitcoin in a good way rather than illegal activities.

Indeed, criminals use bitcoin as their illegal trades and of course they taking the advantage of the psuedo anonymous of bitcoin which make them difficult for the police to track.
But with the rise developments of cryptocurrency technology, I think they are now using a more anonymous coins like monero or even zcash.

Yes, there are a lot of criminals and hackers on the Internet who use bitcoin as a way of trading. But only a small percentage of criminals use bitcoin as a means of exchange, most of which use legal tender, and whether fiat money should be banned.

Well at the beginning it was used by a lot of criminals. I still do think that many illegal activities happen with bitcoin but not as much as before it became famous.

Actually Bitcoins used by those people who wants to make money fast... And as we know that Bitcoin is much anonymous so this Bitcoins are used by some bad guys also for the transaction and also in the dark website we can see that there are sold guns credit cards and everything using this Bitcoins only so we can use anything by using the good side also and bad side also.

Don't take Bitcoin wrong Bitcoin is just another form of currency nowadays it is the first digital currency. Just like any other currency in the world like credit cards or cash even gold everything is being misused by bad guys. Bitcoin is by far not the best option to pay for such activities. There are many other coins that have a better level of anonymity. Therefore, if bitcoin is used for such purposes, it is by far not the most savvy attackers.
