Any trading wallet is not at all a safest one to have the fund on it, keep invest on yobit for trading would be fine for all the altcoins including newly coming tokens as well. However, investing on yobit is not at all a advisable on from the many forum members.
We need to wait for some time to sell the bitcoin if you want to that to be converted for fiat cash. I am advising you and everyone to keep investing on trading due to price fluctuations on the altcoins, `soon we will find the bitcoin price more costlier dude.

then you need to contact Yobit support. there is nothing we can do for you here.
make sure you see that LTC address in your Yobit wallet, take a screenshot from it if you can. and then make a ticket with the screenshot of the address in your wallet and the transaction ID and ask them to correct this mistake.

i had this issue once, it took about a week but it was solved eventually...

I also encountered a problem with Yobit.

This morning I logged in to check my wallet and all the suddon my BTC account is zero.
I made no transactions, conversions or anything similar. I checked the history and there's nothing strange there either.

I did notice there is an entery in the section "YobiCodes" created on January 5th at 2 AM, stating my BTC's in minus form and a type "Code creation". I do not know what is this? One thing is sure, I am out of my BTC's and so far not a single word from YoBit's support.

Well as you can see i'm carrying yobits signature so i'm quite familiar with the exchange itself. I know there are a lot of negative reviews and accusations about yobit but i do carry coins in my yobit wallet and so far i've can say its decent at least. Anyways, you don't really have a choice as well since yobit is the only one that's carrying your token. Every exchange has its own negative side so you really will have to live with the risks

Yobit is not an abysmal exchange, but there are far better choices to do the trading. My recommendation is, only use it when you really have to, and don't have any other choice (like a coin is only listed there).

Your wallet will be safe but I have heard of them selling older coins on older chains and therefore you must protect yourself and check to see what is happening between the chains. Why not put it in a wallet?
What coin is it?
Rather than risking it in an exchange then just let be in hold on your own wallet.
I dont think there is one one coin without it. Either it is a QT wallet or under ERC20 which myetherwallet is the best one for it to be stored.
Yobit got a lot of negative reviews and issues so better be safe.

Yobit investbox pays out interests correctly. But it is although important to take care of coins that are listed there. If interests are unrealistic high, then only for the reason that they are sold. When you do a little research on the market, then you see that some new cryptos (of course not all) are on the market with a price of one satoshi and with low movements. Even some people who told OP that they have don't have a problem using Yobit because of their experience, are we going to suggest to OP that try it by himself and see the result? With lots of negative reviews about Yobit, putting risk is not worth a shot . I don't have any bad experienced at Yobit but never I recommended nor suggested it to some people who are getting reviews about this exchange. All exchanges have downsides but we can minimized the risks of losing only by reading reviews.

3 days ago had problems with depositing LTC to the Yobit burse.
8 LTC were sent to my Yobit's wallet address and Litecoin blockchain showed more than 30 confirmations of my transaction but my Yobit's wallet had been still showing zero!
I sent a ticket to the support as fast as I could and my problem was solved in 2-3 hours but I've stopped working with the burge since then.

I've used Yobit in the past, and all I can say is that they've never given me a problem, but I've only traded in major currencies, and I think if you stick to the main markets they offer (Waves is one of them actually, along with Dogecoin and Litecoin), you should find no issues since they need those wallets maintained. Their problems are usually with the ETH tokens and all the small alts. They have a really crazy number of Bitcoin forks too, but I've never ventured into using them.

People comes too overconfident on storing huge amounts when they do make use up on a certain exchange for a long period of time and we cant really blame this kind of behavior because we do easily trust when they do give a best service for quiet some time but we should really be wary on our actions specially we are talking about big amounts on here. Exchanges do really differ with their performances and theres no perfect exchange that do exist as of now but atleast for those who are on top ranking do give their best as they can but risk of being hacked would really be always there.

Yes, but some people are complaining about the yobit regarding issues with their withdrawal and deposits. So even I never faced any problem with the yobit exchanges at all, but people are spreading lot of negative news about the yobit.

I was using YoBit for a year or so. It was the easiest way to withdraw rubles for me and they also had some altcoins, which weren't listed on other exchanges, and which i was interested in. And i must say i hadnot any single problem with it. But yes their support almost doesn't exist, so if you make mistake during withdrawal - you most probably can forget about your coins/money. So you should be extremely careful using it. But hey, you should be, using any exchange. Though now there are rumours that it's founder was arrested, so be even more careful, because their team can suddenly dissapear as it seems etherdelta's one has done.

Yobit exchange sites was still functioning, however lately it was experience of some problems but I know that they can manage it. Most of the users of this exchange were experience of delayed and not visible amount in their account, but it was not mean that it was scammed. But I don't know if the Yobit was upgrade their system that's why it happen or they were affected by traffic of blockchain.

I'm a yobit user for a year and I haven't experienced any hacks or anomalies in their site but I don't recommend for you to use it. They have many shitcoins and their wallets are always on maintenance.

Good for you that you haven't any issues with Yobit but if you do try to look or see the number of people who do experience issues with this exchange then you will surely curse this exchange for sure.Even myself wont really lean back into this exchange since I do have a very horrible experience with it and I don't blame those people who do experience the same.You are actually right on those general aspect you have been mentioned which can be potentially experience even into those reputable or top exchanges.

I think it is better for you to experience whatever might be the outcome of you going into YOBIT yourself as different have different opinion about the platform. Try to put in come of your coin it it for you to know whether to put the rest or not.

They have a lot of UI bugs that benefits the exchange. They have tons of negative reviews and issues like withdrawal problems, selling and buying at the wrong price with ridiculously large errors. Besides that, customer is shit, almost as if they're just picking when and who to help.

what token is that in Yobit? isn't that in other trading platform? if it's listed in other exchanges then you should first transfer them.. taking risk with your earned tokens is not a smart decision.

This isn't the dedicated thread for yobit. Do you have funds sitting there? there's no best way to contact them. If you have read all of the messages above before posting, you'll understand that they have a really poor support.

If you can't login with that account, have you tried creating a new account just to address your problem to their contact support?

Yes,,, yobit has one of the worst support for customers in the whole industry,,, basically the only way I can think of here is to open a new account and then deposit the minimum to enter the trollbox, and ask around when you see a MOD who is active online. You will waste the withdrawal fee however,,, but at least you can reach them. Does not guarantee you can recover the account! You can try to contact them by email too,,,

I never used yobit but I found hundreds of threads complaint against yobit. Go to scam accusation and you will find a huge amount of reports against them. It's better you check before you deposit.

I forgot to mention that minimum deposit to be eligible to join the chat. Usually there's a mod that is joining the chat and the name is on green. Their withdrawal fee seems to be high today but that's how it goes.

Well every exchanges has their downsides hence make sure to gather information in the specific exchange to prevent your coins/tokens in putting at risk.

I do trade in yobit before and the problem that I encountered using it is their support, they are too slow answering your queries and you will be pissed for waiting. After that I decided to withdraw my assets and find other exchanges that best suits me.

If you want to try yobit make sure prepare for every possible problem you may encounter, I think better to chose a reputed and popular exchanges.

I think the problem about the withdrawal issue in yobit is not a problem from their side mostly the problem is from a wallet issue in the coin without the coin developer yobit is nothing to do with the wallet.

The only suggestion that I want to add if you are planning to trade in yobit don't trade with shitcoin just focus to trade in main altcoin and bitcoin.

If you keep your yobit codes and activated Two factor authentication means your fund on this exchange will be safe. Still if there is any hacking attempt there is a chance to loose fund on any exchanges.
If you want to trade with the tokens which said, please do it and exchange the tokens finally to your hodling wallet.

some of them will tell you to avoid it because they were the victims and some of them will tell you that they have no problem.
it would be better for you to start it by yourself.
what i mean is try to open up your account and deposit some of your coins.
if everything is well went,you can do it.
but if you do not get your coins,stop doing it because in the future they will do that again.
in facts,
they are doing a lot of shady activity,and many people get scammed by them.
of course some people do not have a problem when they are using that platform
