While stupid, clearly the better option is to do both: premine and take part of each block.
Heck, while you're at it, also take a micro fee from each transaction on the network.
Plus a demurage of all coins not used over time, and a fee per new address, and a fee per client download, plus a fee to get a copy of the blockchain.

what I do find interesting is that most people vote for no coins they still want all services for the coins I am fine with taking no coins for the project if that's what people vote for

This way you are actually letting the community and the users decide what they really want and if your time and effort and services are worth it to them. I've noticed this is generally a very giving community and most of the high rollers are more than willing to help people out, especially if it is ideal.

Services will be created without bounties, premine or tax. I have three services using around 10 different coins, none of them have sent me a bounty! SXC has given me donations, off all the coins, they are the only ones to actually send me any sort monetary reward directly.

That would be great! If the dev's can't mine I would suggest a dev fund, DGC raised 100K plus DGC I think.

I voted "not take anything for the project", No pre-mine, or anything like that... You need a good coin name (We don't need another BBQ, sorry).
Because, once you get this up and running, to make this succeed, all you need to do is provide value for the coin. Building sites, building tools for the coin will make what you have more valuable... IMO - A pre-mined coin or % based give's the coin a really bad smell of greed...
Make a coin that has value to start off with, and not just a new combination of block sizes, and rewards, and you'll shoot to the moon my friend... It can start off with the mining, but also focus on the economy.
ECO -> Economy Coin.

Lol. The OP is a joke. You can't just throw money and expect a good, new, innovative coin to come out of it. Coins aren't something you just create at a whim.

Just premine them all and tell everyone that you are going to give them away to science or some other untruth. Meanwhile if there are more coins to mine in the future, make sure that the math doesn't add up because people just want to jump on the bandwagon, much like this making new coins BS.
DON"T MAKE ANY COINS!!
