I am sending 0.07 BTC from HitBTC to Binance but I am having trouble with BTC transactions that are stuck.
can someone help me to solve this problem? I do not know what causes it.

you send it with 137 sat so that make that time
Binance uses one address for your correspondence, so if your wallet supports RBF, you can adjust the fees and send them at higher fees.
Next time, wait for longer.
Stop using HitBTC, those are shady and will scam you.

If you keep the charge low you have to wait quite long to complete the block. If you want to transfer bitcoin from one platform to another, change your bitcoin to eth or doge so the transaction will be faster.
