Bitcoin is a very complex and it is also a very risky thing. So definitely, holding your bitcoin is also a risky thing. Why? Bitcoins'price is always changing moment by moment which is it can be goes up or goes down so there is a lot of probability that may happen, but it is up to you if you want to hold it or not.

I don't think that holding bitcoin would be a risk, a lot of people have made good profit holding bitcoin. I have been holding bitcoin for more than a year or so and I am not going to sell in near future.

Holding bitcoin is always at risk. As it is considered an investment then there is no investment that could give a guaranty that it will rise as above as the sky to fulfill what does it offers at first. You should expect that holding an investment is a kind of a play that you could possibly wake up in the morning and you lose everything nor you woke up with a big smile because you're a millionaire or billionaire.

I think it's depend on each of us if what we feel by holding bitcoin. because not everyone feel that it is risky like me, i think holding bitcoin is preparation for the future, no matter what the price is but if you decide to hold your bitcoin you are aware of what is the result maybe positive or negative.

Everything cryptocurrency related has a risk tag attached to it so be prepared for anything, however Holding seems to be  a sober decision to to make, and if possible now that the prices are low, you should buy more. Hold and hold them tightly for more glory days for BTC are coming.

When we first time bought bitcoin then we should know that this is very risky, including hold bitcoin, because there is no guarantee that hold for a long time can be profitable, if we hold land, property, gold or stock then wait a long time is profitable , but not on bitcoin investments.

holding bitcoin is vise versa. if you hold it for now it can lead to a good thing in the nearest future because we surely believe that the price of bitcoin will still come up. and if you also sell it, you will make your money on your investment because no one can really say when the price of bitcoin will come up again.it is a personal decision but it is advisable you look very well because taking any decision on may be to sell or hold it.

Yeah I think bitcoin hold is some risk . But all invest is risk. Bitcoin is not different all invest. But I hopefully bitcoin will grow again and it will give good profit in future. So I think  some risk does not matter.

It depends on how you hold bitcoin. It wasn't too risky if you use it good.

Bitcoin price will always fluctuate, for example last December Bitcoin’s value reached all time high at 19k but comstantly falling to 7k by the end of January, it then show signs of recovery in February, my point is Bitcoin is very volatile but in the end its value still increases. The best way to do is to hold, we dont know when will the price will go down or up but I am sure that te uptrend outweighs the downtrend.
I feel the need to add here that Hodling does not translate to resigning oneself to a spectator or being stupid. If one had bought Bitcoin at say $6,000 and overtime price rose to $19,000 and yet the trader sat and watched price plunge again to around $6000, that is being a daft and not anything a smart trader. Nothing says that selling all or some of one's coin at some peak value and buying them back at a lower value(s)   means one have given up on Hodling!

Hold your bitcoin until better times and buy a few more until you can do so at a lower price.

Actually, holding can be risky specially if you are holding a large of money. We all know that bitcoin is widely volatile which means no matter what happens, we can't stop its value from dropping down but still there's a good side, since it's volatile, there would be two possibilities, its either the value will rise or fall which makes it both a risk and a blessing depending on what will happen.

Holding is the best thing you can do if you are aiming for a higher profit but you should be aware of the risk and possibilities it may bring to you if ever the events does not go as you planned. Holding can also be a bad thing if done for so long that's why you should be mindful on the price so that you may know when will you stop holding to avoid any disappointments and regret.

Hold your bitcoin. Because surely there will be an increase in a few more months. So be patient. Right now our patience is being tested, it's a bit heavy. But try to keep from selling now. Because there will be an increase in the future I think.

Do not forget that the complexity of mining bitcoin is growing! That is, soon bitcoin mining will fall-inflation will decrease, and the price will begin to rise. But it is a long process - 2-3 years.

Bitcoin withholding is the safest method to invest, as your money just lies there, rising in price. The main thing - to choose a reliable wallet for storage, then you can not worry about your money.

In all cases are risky, but for me the safer is to hold your bitcoin, and wait until the value will rise the its time to sell it. But nobody know what will happen tomorrow, bitcoin may drop down or end, but hopefully not. So must have any plan B incase this will happen,or, like for now divide your btc, hold and the other is invest it if it can,for your own bussiness to have safe and stable income. Just my opinion.

If holding worked in many big investors like Warren Buffet then it will also work for those who hold their bitcoin for long term. Making a big profit from long term investing is already proven by many known bitcoin investors like the Winklevoss twins. Holding is less risky than trading but you have wait for the bitcoin price to go up before you gain profit. If you encounter a massive correction in the days ahead, just continue holding and avoid panic-selling because bitcoin will surely recover again.
