Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

They had crowd sale before Apis and they also said they will list on May.They never made it sure with the date because of the issue with exchanges.
And also NEXO is listed on IDEX as you said as a shit exchange, and I’m not sure but you might be disappointed with NEXO with the listing if it might be HITBIT aren’t you?
HITBIT is also as a big 11 exchange as you said LOL

You say that the funds in the account can be blocked in case of depreciation of the currency, and if the exchange rate doesn't become the same? how it's works?

I just read whitepaper and found good idea and perfect vision of this platform and i would recommend all investors about this project that APIS is building a Master-node Mediation Platform to familiarize the term “master-node” to a larger range of people and to let them enjoy the advantages and benefits of a master-node.

Sounds like a good project, however I don't understand why Telegram is so quiet with 23K members and why they can't restart their twitter for so long? This project needs more publicity and advertising in my opinion.
