Same old story. Some kid from a developing nation has just found out you can earn here and heads straight into off topic to start his farming spree. Charging for a signature would be an even better solution to this issue and would probably stop people like this guy from even signing up in the first place or without at least investing some time and money into bitcoin first which would certainly sort the wheat from the chaff.

What happened to the discussion where people were like create a board for spammers and shit posters to spam? Has theymos mentioned anything about it in the staff board? I don't legit users have a problem against this, except for this point made by quickseller :-

The politics section I more complicated because it is well political. Restricting the politics section would reduce the forums protection of free speech which is something I know theymos greatly values.

Theymos really respects integrity of all the users and he truly believes in usage of free speech, so if theymos finds it against his will, he won't do so.

Lower ranks need to be prohibited from posting in there and off topic. Removing signatures from ranks will put a stop to this because this user is only posting in there to farm up their account so they can join a campaign. If we're not going to go with a 'pay to play' scheme then why not merit/point based system like theymos suggested. Shitposters would never make it if that was the case.

I think the reason why they do that it's because for the additional activity to their acount, day by day this forum has new topic it's either nonsense or educative but shit threads are in there. So theymos is adjusting the algorithm of this site, and moderators are always experiencing headache, also DT members are blamed saying that they abuse the trust but they are actually doing right.

thats the thing many users who has an alt account will create new account and then will post a new topic that is truly a nonsense , and i see that not only on that thread but also on most of the topic here in the forum to avoid the non sense topic . In fact sometimes those non sense topic has the most reply .
