c# wrapper for coinjar.io

Knocked this up today, https://github.com/dugongsoftware/CoinJar.Net

Wraps most of their api with c# .net.  Only spent a day on it, so let me know if there's anything you want added.  Can be extended to blockchain.info etc.

Happy for you to peer review.  Theres not too much I can unit test without stubing out an api, but theres probably not much point.  I might include a few integration tests in the repo.

The contacts part is still out standing, but IMO its a low priority.
