I know this is late answer. Just found this topic searching for something random... Just to make sure it is clear how it operates.
Here is current "security" system preventing site to loose too much bitcoins if security vulnerability found - keep only small amount of coins on server. The rest is withdrawn to safe location. If withdrawal amount was larger then available balance on server, withdrawal order is created, but not marked as processed. I go through list of withdrawals once-twice per day and do manual payment to these unprocessed orders and then mark em as processed.
