They work, because they offer a prepaid MasterCard and not a prepaid VISA
and therefore are completely unaffected by the decision to suspend all
cards issued by WaveCrest.

Moreover, looks like they are a bank themselves - they provide a free IBAN account for every new user.

However, as you have already posted in the other thread, the fees are
too steep for Bitcoin deposits at the moment (possibly partly caused
by the congestion of the Bitcoin network?)

10% is quite a fee and I didn't take into account miner fees!

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

No they shouldn't, they have a Wavecrest mastercard.
I would like to order a card soon, but I'm worried because mastercard can't accept third part payment as advcash's mastercard, and I need it to receive paypal payments!

Anyone know more about that?

Hey, I have used advcash mastercard today in euronet Germany and have many strange messages (about transaction can't be completed due to my card provider) after 3 or 4 try finally I withdraw about 250eur... anyone has similar problem today? Could this be due this issue that they (wave crest) have some maintenance in system so transactions even for mastercards have troubles ?

Hello

this is the last news at Advcash about their prepaid card

Quote
23 January 2018
Closure of the Wave Crest Card Program
Unfortunately we have to let you know that Wave Crest, our current card solution provider, is unilaterally shutting down our card program. New virtual and plastic cards are no longer issued to any users whether or not they are EEA/SEPA area residents.
Please make sure you have read and understood the info below:
- you will not be able to fund currently active plastic and virtual cards after Feb 9, 2018
- all existing plastic and virtual cards will be closed on March 27, 2018
- currently ATM withdrawals are allowed with a daily limit of EUR 1000 / USD 1000 in SEPA countries and EUR 500 / USD 500 outside the SEPA zone
- there are no new limits concerning POS transactions in shops
All plastic and virtual cards will be reissued for free after we implement the card platform from our new provider which is about to happen soon.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What do you think about that??
