I need some help, last 30 hours I ask cex.io to complete ETH transaction they are doing nothing not answering at all, last answer about this is I have read on there facebook page 9 hours ago that transaction is pending, I'm sure that this is lie because in explorer

Can anyone tell what should I do ?

Maybe you know phone number or anything, It's impossible to contact them I'm telling them that they should rebroadcast transactions but now one listening they are telling that this is Cryptokitties attack I'm sure it's not, it was month ago.

So please help if you know anything...


And also tell which alternatives do you like so I don't want to use them anymore.

It takes around 1 month to get a reply from CEX IO support so you just have to be patient I guess...

They had problems with deposit I have waited.
They had problems with Visa I have waited.
They had problems with verification I have waited.

I'm always waiting, Just problem is that it's simple ETH withdrawal, they told lie on twitter that it's fixed, after 5 days already I beg to fix problem they should just rebroadcast transaction but they just don't care, I can wait when problem is deposit and fiat things but not with crypto when they are telling this is problem of ETH network this is very bad habit THIS is not eth network!!!! that's why I'm so angry they lie!

No they just don't answer, many people have this problem I have told several times that they have problem but they are telling this at FB page I just checked

Yes, stuck transactions is a current problem of ETH blockchain, especially after the Cryptokitties attack. All transactions are in the pending queue and until they are mined they do not have a hash and can't be found in the block explorer, although they actually exist. You can check the current queue size here:

So CEX.IO is scamming people and I dont use the word lightly

This is their strategy, they charge full transfer fee from all the users, but just pay for 1 of them and bunch all the transactions together this makes the per byte transaction fee very very small and you can see multiple such complaints, dont believe me look at this transaction. Look at the fee, despite them collecting 0.001 BTC from each one of us.

Look at the number of outputs and see the final fee? This is clearly cheating the customer as the transfer fee is not used completely in the transaction.


They dont answer to support tickets at all, and even if they do it is not helpful, they ask us to wait despite knowing it will NEVER get confirmed, they can solve it by multiple methods but they dont.

Is something very annoying, but like I said, if you want your problem solved then you should hire some lawyer and report your case to the police

it is time for an official complaint to be filed, the total transactions are more than 15BTC which is a lot of money, unfortunately I am not in london but I am sure there are online consumer complaint forums which we can approach

A friend of mine is having a similar issue.
The low-fee transaction was indeed double-spent, but he did not get his BTC nor credited in his account.
He created a support ticket several times but got it closed immediately each time without the issue being resolved.
The only response he got besides a reference to some post of you about RBF was that "it will take a few days" for the transaction to complete.
There is no transaction to his address pending in the mempool, so it appears the issue in on your side.

Can you comment on this issue?

You were supposed to resolve it long back as you have resolved others, unlike other $ withdrawal issues, this BTC withdrawal is completely in your hands, just because you bunched too many transactions together you are responsible for paying the fees as we have paid the transaction fees which was displayed
