I bought bitcoin in BTC Markets 4 days ago. BTC Markets set the fee and you have no option to change them.

i don't know exactly how mining works, but is anyone able to help mine my unconfirmed transaction

The address it is going to is 1NXN3cvRuBKc4iT3QcrwHUXfHprbp2CZDW

 My TX is: 6139d1ccf04215d647fab6850518944f54f91478eb513914e2dd2b27c076a4c7

I will pay a fee if anyone is able to help.

It's a low fee, but isn't the lowest one I've seen recently. Either try a free accelerator or because you are willing to pay then pay a fee towards some paid accelerators. On this forum people will pretend to help you by accelerating your transaction when really all they did was add it to a free accelerator.
