Just had a browse on the ICO website, seems like a very interesting concept. Reading through the Whitepaper I can see that this project will be successful.

In my capital city alone, a single parking space can easily sell for over $30,000, with rental charges being unreasonably high.

I hope to be part of this campaign, as this issue affects me personally, so I'll be sure to spread the word thoroughly.

I didn't see this until now, if the OP can verify that he has the funds, I'd participate but it most likely seems to be a bought account. A common thing of-late, ico developers buying an account which looks too good to be true. The account has positive trust too. Thanks aTriz.

I don't care one bit whether your campaign is a scam or not. The project account also deserves a negative rating for being involved in these practices. I'll PM them to see how they will respond.
