First of all I'd like to thank all those people here helping people out in their time of need. I really appreciate it  Smiley

But lets get to the point: I tried to send (3. January 2018) 0,03 BTC to coinbase from my old multibit (version 0.5.15) wallet. My transfer fee was a bit low 0,0001BTC (44 sat/B). Last night I registered to antpool and used their accelerator successfully but in the end it seems like it didn't do any good.

Why does it show that transaction amount is 0,044 btc? It's like there is a two transfers and 0,014 part is addressed to my wallet. Is it possible that there is some transfer from 2014 that I didn't receive back then? I used to mine in 2013/2014 and my wallet is from that time. I'm also worried to upgrade my wallet before that transfer is concluded. One thing that I noticed is that blockcypher shows confidence of 80+% and it was 33% earlier. Does that tell something about that transfer?

That's why it shows 0.04 because your btc amount plus the change .

Try the viabtc free accelerator use it every hour until its added to the queue . It helps a lot.

It just shows that your wallet used an input of 0.044 to send the 0.03, and then returned the 0.014 change to your wallet. This is how Bitcoin works, whole inputs must be used to create the output, so either it combines inputs, or uses one big enough to spend - if you use wallets like Electrum you can have more control about how inputs are used (and how it handles change).

Antpool still works, but as they also receive a lot of requests for acceleration, naturally, they'll prioritise those with higher fees... but since you successfully submitted it, then it's just a matter of time before they get to yours - assuming they get to it and the queue doesn't get longer!

As user above suggests, Via will get you confirmed quicker, since their queue is limited to 100 txs per hour. Try submitting there exactly on the hour, every hour, when submissions reopen.

Blockcypher's confidence rating just gives an idea of how successful it thinks your transaction will be in getting confirmed. Think it's mainly affected by unconfirmed parents, double spends. The higher, the better, so good for you.

Thanks for the input guys. I should have mentioned about trying to use Via for almost three days with no luck whatsoever so I'm kind of tired trying to hit exact hour with this service.

Is there a way to cancel this transaction or do anything else besides pay for acceleration and hope for the best? ViaBTC is always full and antpool has had my acceleration for 24h so I don't think these accelerators are any kind of answer here. I'm currently in a very bad economical situation and I can't really pay for anyone to accelerate this (over 60$ is kinda lot for an acceleration).
