It's more of on it's development side. Ethereum is a blockchain for tokens but do everyone have the capability of deploying their smart contracts with ease? Well none. You have to be a experience developer in order to do that. Arcblock will solve this kind of problem by building a framework. There are other features of Arcblock which you can read in the whitepaper.

ABT is definitely a promising token and it needs to be kept as long as possible! Based on the unique concept of the new protocol, where different chains can be combined, this product will be very in demand, but this may take some time!

I dont think they reached hardcap of their private sale yet, otherwise it would probably be announced already. And i bet investments went down for all ICOs this week since the crisis. Maybe its better for "regular" people, since there will be more tokens left for public sale.

Not only that if the project has potential and has the ability to develop. Many companies will promise before ICO and they fail to develop in terms product, this make more noise by the community.
