8月8日消息,据国外媒体报道,美国联邦法官周三裁定,比特币将被视为货币,因此所有与之相关的投资基金及交易都属于美国证券法的管辖,并受到联邦司法系统的监督。

 

该裁决将作为依据,处理由美国证监会(SEC)发起的一桩比特币对冲基金投资诈骗案。早前一男子在美设立以比特币比投资对象的对冲基金,但随后被投资者以涉嫌诈骗提出指控。(卢鑫)
