Bitcoin is already back again, I don't think it will be dead anytime soon. Alts will always stay below the level of bitcoin, sorry mate. As we can see, alts were pumped because traders are now diversifying their investments.
Exactly, I personally don't buy the big coins like BTC and ETH unless for transaction use. I am more into cheaper coins with lower cap so the gain could be larger if the project is potential.  |

I'm pretty sure it's because of unit bias, whereas the new people are thinking like:
"Bitcoin is at $17,000, it's quite expensive; whereas Cardano is only at around $1. $10 soon! To the moon!"
Something like that, not taking in to account that most coin's circulating supply is too high to reach high dollar prices.
$ 17.000 Expensive for Bitcoin? It had already been to $ 20.000. 17k is still a good price. |

Since New Year a funny thing has happened well for that matter since Goldman-Sachs came out with their derivative futures for BITCOIN, it has gone no where but trading in a very tight window,
On the other hand the alt's, especially equihash like HUSH, .. are up 5X
Hell even the SHIT-COIN either etherum with +70% pre-mined ( almost 4million of the 4.8 million in circ were pre-mined ), even that dog is up 2X for NY
It's obvious that all cash is now flowing to alt's the NEW MONEY ain't buying BITCOIN.
Z-Classic is up like 20X in a few weeks, what is up with that? There are dozens of same-same shit as this z-coin
Lot's of plays here, our own BITCOIN-Z which is much better than bitcoin-gold and is just waiting to rocket to the moon, when discovered.
Beginning a period of strong growth of the Altcoin, when there are many altcoin are going to go to the moon, too many Altcoin began to end. Bitcoin does not continue to rise so high is the chance for too much Altcoin wants to raise prices. |

Bitcoin isn't dead by any means. I'm sure you could make tons of money with altcoins right now because of the pump and dumps, but thats the difference between the two, bitcoin is somehow stable while altcoins are always more risky. We just have to wait and see, but as far as my opinion goes, we might see bitcoin rise up to new all time highs soon

Bitcoin will still be the leading cryptocurrency. A slowing down of its price does not translate to the death of the currency. You watch and see and discover that your analysis is not holistic and all encompassing.

Bitcoin has gone through ups and downs and prove day in and day out that it will still stand as the face of cryptocurrencies. But, we shouldn't just rely in holding it and hope that it will still continue to rise. Not everything in this world, including digital stuffs are constant. There will be a time that it might reach the ceiling and has nowhere to go but slide down. No one wants that to really happen, with that case, it's time to give Altcoins the awareness they deserve. They also bring profits through trading, it's time not to hate the flaws of one another. Instead, be optimistic as there are other opportunities that awaits us. |

Many coins rised fastly, some of them rised 5x in weeks but never forget that Bitcoin already increased by 18x during the last months.
After few weeks these coins will have no value, so it is not fair to compare them with Bitcoin which, even when its price drop down, it remains the number one in the market.

All that alt money will find its way to bitcoin soon. The lightning network will be a game changer, both in how bitcoin works and its value I wonder when this lightning network will be implemented? It will surely silence the alts if a change of bitcoin's transactions and high fees will be done. |
