Its been over 24 +  hours and still pending and im certain the live chat are just playing me.

Usually when someone wins they are not in the right frame of mind and taking a screenshot is the last thing on their mind when winning such a large amount especially from a jackpot. And the last thing on their minds is if this casino will rip them off and not pay them out their freshly made winnings.
Atleast for the not into gambling type of people.

It is quite large only because the amount of bitcoin price has risen so much in the past 8-9 months.
So these type of casinos that deal with it do need more time to process these amounts so they do not make a mistake.
But I have seen this particular casino take upto 72 hours to send out winnings to people.
But that last year and when bitcoin was worth about 1/3 of what it is worth now.
So they will run their larger withdrawals with a fine tooth comb and thus take a much longer time than this to do their customer's payouts.

I know of a better casino to use that do not take so long to process such high amount in bitcoin when requested from their customers after they win on their site.

So sorry to hear that. I am playing there for quite a long time and faced no issues. It never took more than 30 minutes for my withdrawal to get approved, but I must admit here that I never withdrew more than 0.025 in one go (partly for the reason you are suspecting them of). Please share for proof such as the screenshot of your betting history and proof of deposit etc. it will make your case stronger.

nothing to worry about -yet- , these types of withdrawals may take a week
I know it's annoying but almost all the casinos take long time to process big withdrawals these days , even in your case it shouldn't take much since AFAIK it's impossible to cheat in 3D slots so there should be no verification for the bets
also next time play somewhere else , cause reading the reviews in cloudbet's thread you can see that many people complaining about their support also their account in the forums here has been inactive for a little over two months now

Yes, the title of this thread should be edited with [RESOLVED] because otherwise people might think CLOUDBET is a scam or something and obviously it isn't since you got your Bitcoin.

Also, in the future don't forget fees are insane right now. Bitcoin isn't working as fast as it was before. You might need to wait a few days to get your BTC as opposed to last year when confirmation only took a few minutes.

Great that you were paid. So far, I think there was just a misunderstanding and a hasty accusation here. I do think that cloud bet is one of the more mature sites and I don't think they will destroy what they've built for years and lose the chance of earning a lot more in the future. Gambling sites don't really get a lot of attention nowadays, hence if you are one of the top ones, I do think they will take care of their position.
