I know that i dont have an experience on managing a bounty but I already have a lot of experience on moderation and handling people out. In the start it is hard because no one would trust me but later on when there is already one person who will trust my potential it would be proven. We know that all good managers today started from no experience we all start without experience but we always need to give a try.

Everbody needs a shot. All newbies need to have experience and they can't earn it if nobody would trust and let them do. The world is too harsh nowadays, you need to go get what you want.

You are right sir nobody will do it for us unless we will give it a shot. Everybody come from newbie but if you are really eager to learn you will get what you need. They are too harsh to newbie but later on the newbie that you insult will blind your eyes. Small but terrible. Thank you for supporting sir.

I think you need to participate in the translation into your local language of any company's bounty and gain experience in it. When you have several of these companies, you will quickly find a company in which to become a manager.

This is just a suggestion but I think you should make a portfolio of your work, whether it be a translation or campaign management, and post it to GitHub or similar repository. As you probably already know, most project developers for ICOs are actively posting there. So having one can be a convenience to you and may even give you quite an exposure because they can view your CV directly where they usually gather.

Now in addition to having a GitHub, try also to create a Medium account. This can give you a plus factor for Medium is also commonly used as a gateway to share information for upcoming bounty campaigns or programs. If you have one, you can post about the bounty campaign you're managing or your portfolio there for others to see.

I am also a Filipino citizen and I am proud of you brother! I think being a bounty manager is too difficult since handling an ICO is hard enough specially if you are newbie in the service. But I think you can handle that since you have already prove based from your translation campaign. All of veterans started from nothing and all of us has the ability to be a bounty manager.
