damn, the 103 bitcoin is almost $1 Million, wow it just he lost his .dat file for t\your bitcoin wallet, damn i know that feeling, lost the simple part to gove you the big part, i think that bitcoin will don't go anywhere, it will be in that address forever until the owner found the .dat file to open that wallet and save the bitcoin from that address.

Regrettably, around 6% of bitcoins are lost now and I can't see anyway of recovering them. Who could know back in 2011 that BTC would reach $20,000 one day? That's a rhetorical question. If I only knew about bitcoin then I would be a millionaire now.. |

These 103 bitcoins can't be recovered. This is regrettable, but we can not change it. It is really important to have a good sense of safety in the use of PC.

really sorry to see this happen, if it happened to me maybe I would be very frustrated, because seeing bitcoin is now very crazy price.
This is how cruel the digital world is if you are careless you will lose it all.
maybe regrets will not solve the problem, I think you should start from the beginning again and this is made in the future learning materials so as not to happen again.
which already happened let it happen because it is not possible to be in play back.

That's a very mind-buggling loss. Can you imagine the growing value of a single bitcoin and that investor just lost a hundred of it? That's very hesrtbreaking since its a very life changing wealth. What's worse is it would be hard to recover or its forever gone. |

If you have 103 bitcoin today then you are rich now, but the thing is you must think your pin or password because it is the only key to unlovk your wallet then if you forgot it then I think it is time to say goodbye to your bitcoin and your wallet. |

That was really awful to be think of right now because imagine how much 1 Bitcoin costs nowadays compared to its recent pricing wayback 2009 up to 2016 because it is just in the mid year of 2017 when the price of Bitcoin surpass its price mark which is $2,000 as far as I remember and it goes up to the peak of $20,000 by the end of 2017. Even Bitcoin price was currently down right now, still it is regretful and awful how he have loss all that he have mined way back 2011 that supposedly equivalent to a real large amount right now. So it is really important especially for the new ones to keep a copy of your account privacy to keep yourself in control in case you have forgotten your privacy set up so that you will not be like that man you were talking about because it is really feels so bad missing it out because as time passes by, it grows into a greater value which is much more beneficial than the recent one. |

I think everyone knows what you feel after losing a lot of bitcoin. now I suggest to be patient and start a new sheet to look for bitcoin again. if something very precious is lost then it is very difficult to find. |

That's why i keep telling people to keep their keys safe. A close friend of mine had his laptop stolen and lost 3 Bitcoins. So people are themselves to be blamed for this. They should be very careful.
Wow, that is such a BAD situation. I probably couldn’t handle it. I couldn’t even imagine his feeling about this situation. Hope, now he will be more careful with this staff |

If I were that guy, I would be extremely depress right now. Also, does he have a name? and does he have his own mining company? Oh my god, this person lost 103 bitcoin in last december the price increased at $20,000 is equals 2,060,000 and that's very big amount and you are millionaire now if they open his account.
I don't think they have chance to recover it because the password or anything that connect to that wallet.

If I do have the technology to do that then I will be the one to recover that wallet but since impossible to do it right now then I guess we will just place it on record so if we are bored we just need to watch it. If I am that person then its really a painful thing. Losing 103 btc is just painful, I experienced losing a certain altcoin whose value is at 3 btc and I have a hard time sleeping at night how much more it it is 103 btc. |

Many of the users are have been in thissituation,where they either forgot the password or the wallet or they have just forgotten their account and trying to rethink what are those and for sure millions of bitcoin are lost forever and the majority of the coins are from the start of bitcoin. It is not possible to retrieve those if you forgot the important infos. Sad
