Too bad bitbetter doesn't give better status updates. Or any updates at all.
Luckily I only have a few cents there, but when I look at the top user list, there seem to be a few who made a lot and are now stuck with their money frozen.

Well at least there's some info. You might consider being a bit more upfront about delays and problems, instead of waiting until your users begin to wonder and complain. That can get out of control quickly, especially when frozen money is involved. |
