as a newbie i like to explore the different sections on these forum.
as i look at META section i found a lot of different topics in here.
so i guess that this section are for discussion of any topics related to this forum.
such as about the rules, regulations, suggestions for improvements, criticisms, etc.
.
am i right with my interpretations?
or is there anyone of you among here that could give me a better insights?
thanks in advance.

There is a banner at the top of each board giving a description of what it is for. On this board, Meta, it says "Discussion about the Bitcoin Forum."
So yes, it is for discussion about the forum itself. Unfortunately, it is mainly clogged up with people asking why they have been banned, others trying to get their hacked accounts back and people that don't read the stickied threads at the top to find the answers to their questions.

I guess you don't know what meta means.
Shortly described meta is everything about the circumstance, object, "thing" itself.
In our subject this means everything about the bitcointalk forum itself, not compulsorily only bitcoin.
