I think it's better to do your own research, and invest in projects that you believe in.

I think it would be wiser to invest it in something like a small or even microscopic business. Start small, and most importantly delve into something that you are in love with, may it be food or a hobby. Make that money grow, it would be much fulfilling.

i think dont run after potential currencies just invest the good amount you have on the real estate and gold or silver
