if this is true, well I guess this is going to be a huge success. Since telegram already has a lot of users, for sure a lot of telegram users will partucipate on this project and many businessman will invest on this without a doubt.

If they managed to dev Telegram without an ICO, why would they launch one now? guys go and participate in my activity token project's campaign, you could earn $160 every week. it's not an ICO, no fair distribution, nothing at all, I'm asking people directly to give their money to me.
