There are not any offical informations about TON project from Telegram and Pavel Durov, and he also said that he has never knew about that name. Just unoffical news from community, so i think this is NOT Telegram ICO

A Telegram is not even needed for a whitepaper - everyone knows everything about it. The project of Pavel Durov has a ready infrastructure and a huge user base. The fact that Durov did not give out the keys to the special services of Russia shows his reliable attitude to his investors!

Yes, I, too, not saw no evidence, that this IKO realistically. Everything is covered with rumors. Official comments like no one did. Am I wrong?

I will allow people not to chase the hype, if they want $2 billion, I believe I will get good value for my money when it hit exchange than buy on it, because to me the risk is higher than reward, people buy the hype will surely regret it
