Mostly you just look at bounty campaigns here on bitcointalk, after that you just have to sift through the sea of bounties that are being offered to find one that best suits you and the kind that you can do. After that you follow the instructions on their page and register for the campaign by filling up their form with your account information. Once you are accepted, you just have to do the complete post counts that they require every week to get your stakes.

I think you should not work on the signature bounty but rather trade it because you do not have to work hard and spend a lot of time on the signature bounty. Next looking for the signature campaign's allocation if it has a big allocation so this is the good time to join signature campaign. Just copy the code from the bounty page based on your btt current rank and go to forum setting and paste in the biggest box there and save it. You are done and go back to the page and read the rule task

First of all, you must seek for the bounty programs that are offered by the legit ICO. Of course in this case you are required to analyze the ICO first by checking their team, concept, token allocation, price, and also their progress of the selling token (softcap or not yet). participate in one bounty at a time unlike Facebook and Twitter that you can participate in multiple bounties at the same time.
Copy out the Jr Member code of the campaign you want to wear signature for, then go to your Bitcointalk profile page, click on Forum Related Settings, Location Signature and paste the code you copied and save.
That's all about wearing a signature, which after then you begin to post on bitcointalk forum so as to duly perform the bounty tasks depending on the rules set by a particular campaign.

First, you should choose a good project with promising allocation for signature campaign, especially for Junior rank. Learn the general rules + rules for signature campaign. Then, go to your "Profile" --> Forum Profile Information --> Apply the signature code for Junior rank (on the signature column) + If there is a personal text (on Personal Text column), you need to apply it also --> click "Change Profile" on the right bottom --> Done.
