The website for the ICO has been down for a few days, also attempts I've made at contacting support have failed.  At this point I can only assume this is a scam.  I only invested a fraction of an ETH, however over 480 were invested by others during the ICO unless the numbers were fabricated.  It doesnt help that the poster claims to be unaffliated with CELL yet only has posts relate to it and an account only few months old.  Does anyone else have any idea what happened?
