Yes, I think an educated person should know about his or her Rights and Duties. And about the importance of using education for better purposes that simply acquiring wealth. An educated must know how to acquire knowledge and skills. Learning is the key skill.

I agree with you, knowledge is very important, it is an integral part of every human being. I do not  agree with  you, education is not necessary
because we are educated when we were young, if you are not educated, you can become a bad person, you do not know what is right or wrong.
And you will become a worm that destroys crops.
