Hey,
I've made a BTC transaction from my Cryptonator wallet (online wallet), that's been stuck for 2 weeks now (since December 27th).
Since i've been using their online wallet, i couldn't set the fee myself (as it was automatically set) but from i've read the fee was supposed be enough so the transaction would go through.

Most of the methods suggested in the sticky thread aren't relevant for me, unfortunately, since Cryptonator don't allow to use these any of the mentioned.
I've tried using transaction accelerators such as ViaBTC and speedybit (couple days apart between each acceleration), and at first it said my transaction will get accelerated, but now both sites say my transaction was already accelerated yet it remains unconfirmed.

I contacted Cryptonator support, but still haven't heared anything back.

I read that the network is supposed to "forget" about the transaction after a while (some articles stated 3 days, which gone long time ago).

What will happen in such case? and what can be done now? will the coins eventually return to my wallet?

The Transcation ID is:565ad65ab787c5557102d7cbf57bbf994078eb2adf8ad3fb84f62969e4390022
and i can still see it here but it haven't changed for about almost 10 days..

Thanks in advance

Not sure how Cryptonator works but for your transaction to be "forgotten" by the network, you need to stop broadcasting the transaction. For wallets you control, this is normally achieved by simply not connecting to sync to the network. If that's how your wallet works, then simply don't open it until this happens. And don't push your tx any more.

Judging by your transaction though, it looks like it's a batch payment, so the tx is likely broadcast from the site's wallet, and I doubt you have other options but to wait or hope support replies you. As you seem to indicate, you already know the consequences of online wallets, so hopefully you switch over to a wallet you have complete control over soon, especially as the fee situation doesn't look like it'll resolve quickly.

They're wrong about the fee also. 43 sats/byte isn't even enough today, and it definitely wasn't enough 10 days ago. Currently, for a 90% chance of confirming in 24 hours, the min fee is 151 sats/byte.

Thanks for the elaborate explanation, it's much appreciated.
Sadly, i'm now really not optimistic about this transaction being either forgotten or confirmed.
