Nice work, is the hat one size fits all and if so does it have an adjustable strap in the back (velcro or plastic)?

There is an adjustable strap on the back. Just snapped a quick pic with my phone, so the quality isn't good, but its easier than explaining in words.

Appreciate the info, looks to be the fabric style with metal hinge, I was guessing velcro due to the front of the hat.  In the future I might be in touch to pick one up.

The new hats and my favorite patches thus far are shown below. These fit a little better than the last in my opinion. I'll send one to our resident big head and see if that is indeed the case.
