thank you for ur message, I reread first post and didn't find any mention about reports. If BM doesn't need reports - that's awesome, but I think it's an important detail and it's should be written in the OP, because they are needed by default.
And I fully agree. Not that OP is in fault because this can just be a minor issue but it would be useful if it is emphasized that there is no need to post any report right there in the rules. We bounty hunters are just careful as we don't want to waste the time and effort invested for the project just because of not reporting. Anyway, I do welcome this clarification as reporting can really be tedious. Thanks a lot for clarifying the whole thing.
