Daily trades only for experienced traders with iron nerves. As for me, I need to feel the market and it's better to leave the position a bit earlier and get re-bought. A promising coin with the potential of HODL.

day trading can have a lot of profit in a short time but on the holder they can get much more bigger profits on waiting for year but it may depend on the person if they can trade everyday they can get much more profits but just 1% or 10% but it may depend on the trade

True that. Aside from requiring iron nerves, day trading is very stressful since it is fast paced and it's difficult to take a hit or loss  since gains aren't that big as well.

i think holder will be good because all you will do is to hold then and you will get profits but on if you are a workaholic you can get much more profits but just a little bit like 5% or 10% and if they trader everyday they can be rich

For me if you're a full-time cryptocurrency enthusiast then day trading is better because you can earn huge amount of money through buying low and selling high.
Otherwise, hold your coins and tokens if you don't want to risk any amount because the amount of money that you're getting depends on the market of your coin.

Having a full time job like me on day trading is really hard because of the limited amount of time that I I'm going to spend on cryptocurrency that's why some of my friends quit their jobs because they want full-time on cryptocurrency and start to learn day trading and earn more than they earned monthly through their salary. And Im thinking about it, soon I'll quit my job and start earning more money.

Holding coins still the best option if you don't know how to trade and you don't want to risk your investments and lose you money. Although there's some guidelines on how to avoid loss but it's all depend on the time you have because of you could do most of your time on cryptocurrency then trading will offer everyone a good money.

i've tried both and they both are profitable =) sometimes it's best to keep up with what the market is doing, and sometimes its best to just forget about it =P

Only if the coin they're holding is increasing too fast like Oyster Pearl PRL, I got PRL late November and then on the first week of January it rises and hit $4.5 so that luck coin will really give you more money than trading.
Holding coins is good but if that coin dumped you'll have to wait months or even years to get profit.

I suggest to use both of them - day trade and long holding because you never know what will happen in near future or in the end of way after 2-5 years but that depends on your assets .

Both have advantages and disadvantages though you need to choose which one you want to focus because for me you can't do both on the same time. It's indeed tempting if you hold your other coin and you do trade the other because when the coin pumped you can't ignore it, instead you gotta include it into trading and all of your assets will be trade off, win or lose.

Interested to know: are there more day-traders or holders here?
My guess is that those day traders are also holders. They managed to have a certain coin that's good for long term holding while they are into day trading.

But the first step is to know how to hold and a newbie will later on realize that while he's waiting for that coin to pump while he's holding it he must do something.

And upon exploring, he will have the time to experiment through day trading.

Depends on the trading skills and on the skills of choosing which projects are selected for a coin, there are many different types of parts. In any case, for a beginner it is very risky to trade ,my opinion is it is better to invest

I am more a holder. To meday trading is more time consuming. You have to be almost of the day to pay attention to the up and down of the market.  moreover I feel more safe wwith that kind of investments. But I guess day trading is more profitable

These are two fundamentally different strategies. The trader must have professional knowledge. Do this every day for hours. Only in this case it brings a good profit. It is much easier to keep coins. And if you are not a professional trader, this is the best strategy, in my humble opinion.

Hi guys

Im sort of both daytrading and holding. Im holding till the market dips then i sell some and i buy back in lower. In my wallet i have icon, neo, ven and aelf. While some of these are dipping now, i try to sell some and accumulate more. If that isnt possible, then i use some btc and buy some.

As for me i prefer to hold the promising crypto, because in 2018 everything is just beginning and we will see the big growth of all useful crypto tokens and coins. Trading is a very difficult thing so i don't recommend newcomert try to trade. I thing only people with many years of experience will be able to trade in plus

Day-trading is too risky, especially atm when the cyprocurrencies are extremely volatile. I'm a HODL guy.
