I have a couple ReLoadit's, available via torchat, Top $
Realize that this user mainly buys moneypaks/reloadits from other people, probably on Tor somewhere. Thus any one of those people could claim their pak was stolen thus causing your account to be frozen and later on closed along with funds seized.
