Maybe microsoft is still cautious about bitcoin, because we also know that bitcoin prices are very volatile, so it is very risky if used as payment for official products. And it also seems that Microsoft does not want to be splashed from the negative criticisms that have come to bitcoin in recent times.

Maybe microsoft is still cautious about bitcoin
no. microsoft has already trusted and known bitcoin for a long time and as you can see microsoft has actually used bitcoin as their payment method lately but because of the continous growth of bitcoin and the transaction fees itself then microsoft has decided to temporarily removed bitcoin because users will also suffer to this problem but i guess sooner or later they will re install bitcoin again if bitcoin issues had been fixed by devs. because we also know that bitcoin prices are very volatile, so it is very risky if used as payment for official products
being volaitle is not the main problem here but the fees and slow network of bitcoin is the main reason on why it was removed by microsoft. not only microsoft but also in other platforms like steam. And it also seems that Microsoft does not want to be splashed from the negative criticisms that have come to bitcoin in recent times.
no not either.

For me, it is perfect, you needed to pay the fees + $10 extras in order to put money on Microsoft using bitcoin, but far as i know they added it again, so all that fud was innecesary, i do not understand why a lot of people have been selling their bitcoins because of that shitty news.

Yeah, I know this information a few day ago at http://www.altcointoday.com/microsoft-no-longer-accepts-bitcoin-payments/ maybe this is a reason bitcoin price decreased. They have some reason for not accepting payment via bitcoin anymore, that is high transaction cost and delayed confirmation for one transaction. Well, perhaps, the next few day bitcoin transaction system can be fixed so as Microsoft can be reconsidered to use bitcoin as payment.

I would say it was not a shock but was not expected this early.Microsoft is one of the corporate giant and definitely this news again will create some problems in bitcoin. But we have to understand who will allow such transaction fees to purchase their product. The reason is justified and hope that the banned will be remove once the LN comes and again we can purchase Microsoft products from our bitcoin.

And it's already back in the store. Until the price settles for good, we may see things like this, where vendors who were accepting btc previously stop doing so because the price is so volatile. But the fact that they picked bitcoin back up shows how important bitcoin is. So no need for additional FUD right now.

why Microsoft Removes Bitcoin as Payment Option for Microsoft Storew?
possibly because the bitcoin price is unstable and makes microsoft frightened when the price drops and the selling price gets dropped, it will probably work together again when bitcoin is completely stabilized or maybe use other altcoin whose total supply is still high.

The transaction cost for BTC is becoming too high as compared to other traditional means of fund movement. That not so promising
Bitcoin transactions are more expensive than other ways of sending money due to high load. Developers are working on this issue. Some people decided to hardfork Bitcoin and increase the blocksize in order to process more transactions per second. Lightning Network is slowly being pushed to the mainnet. We will have to wait for wallet developers to implement it in their software. It will take some time but it is definitely worth it.

It was inevitable, I like bitcoin but with fees of 80 to 100 dollars then any transaction below 1000 does not make sense, even if you use a segwit address the fees are still high so this was going to happen sooner or later, we need the LN activated immediately to counter this.

I heard again they added Bitcoin in Microsoft site they suspended temporarily i am not sure about news
I have read some posts on social media too that they have remove bitcoin and recently they have added it again. So I don't know if that's legitimate or just another hearsay, if someone here that has strong proof that can give reference about the positive news about microsoft gaining bitcoin back again with their business.

Because US government is against cryptocurrencies. As long as Microsoft doesn't want to have problems with officials they won't take any risks. Especially risks like that: Bitcoin as a payment method is only for geeks and it's not worth keeping it just to satisfy them.
The main reason for microsoft to remove bitcoin as a mode of payment is simply because of their high transaction charges and expect these sort of news from other companies too as people wont be using bitcoin as a mode of payment anymore until there is a permanent fix with the implementation of lightning network and after that these companies might rethink of accepting bitcoin again.

I think Microsoft is the last company we want using it as a service. We want these huge companies to stay away
we do? why would we want that? Because the Globalists don't like Bitcoin. They can't stop it, but they can absorb all of the coins to make the system unworkable. They have already introduced a futures exchange so that they can manipulate the market.

Microsoft removed Bitcoin as payment option because of unstable price. Price is jumping up and down for 1000$ everyday.

The decision of Microsoft is temporal. Maybe they are getting Bitcoins again yet. I don’t think that this essential question to discuss. Bill Gates appreciate Bitcoin and can not be restricted by Microsoft.

US government's eyes are red hot on bitcoin right now. At first at its volatility and I guess that is the main reason why they decline bitcoin. And also why'd I said the red hot in bitcoin. Well, us security something I forgot the agency doesn't want bounty to exists.
