I hope you can solve your wallet issue with these steps
(1) Backing up your wallet.
(2) Deleting all files in the roaming\cerberus folder
(3) Running wallet again
(4) Copying, and pasting your backup file into the previous folder (roaming\cerberus)
(5) Running wallet again and let them syncing in a few minutes.

I believe that the technical issue will be solved perfectly.

How do you precisely prevent Asics from mining your coin? Do you have an adaptive memory usage function that makes Asics useless?

This coin is resistant to Asics because it uses the Neoscrypt algo.  However, the block reward is only 12 coins so if you have many pools and several hundred miners mining, you're only going to get a fraction each time a block is found.  If you see coins with the "Scrypt" or "X11" algo those are usually hit by Asics.

If this is any indication I threw 50 Mh/s at it for 4 hours and got 0.7 CBS

Your rx580 will do about 780 Kh/s, that is about .78 Mh/s.

You would have to mine for about a week to get 1 cbs, maybe longer
