It doesn't matter whether you are alone or not but the fact is you are going to still play. That's the bottom line but if you have been sneaking around going out without telling others because you are somewhat addicted, then it's best to avoid gambling because in the long run it would be hard.
For me, playing in a land-based casino, I would prefer to to play with a company. With friends because it's fun and if we don't know the games, we will learn it together. If I'm going to play solo, It's better to play online. But it's both different.

u should have told us whats the reason why you want to play solo,going to the land base casino in single is a sign of addiction.and that means you dont want to be disturb while playing,for sure in just couple of months u will admit that youre an addict..if i were you go back to the old times.come with them its for youre own good
Reason is that I feel bored and I out to go outside. Yes, probably I might have relapses again and going back to my old self. I guess its I need to be mentally tough and fight the demon inside of me.

Plus the hospitality that the casino caters makes our or my stay worth it and comfortable. I'm not against in online casino but I did try it before, I easily got bored and I didn't enjoy it.

To a certain extent, Yes, I would say that they are somewhat distracting. There are times that I won already and I want to get home, but I can't because they are still playing.
