how are your cards spaced in your system? i bet the top card is being choked of fresh air. try them one at a time in the top slot. your best option though is to take the side panel of your PC off and place a small box fan right there. you dont want you cards to get over 80c for everyday use. you'll burn them out in a month.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

those are really high temps. i think one of ur cards is blocking the airflow to the other.
about 70-80ish would be acceptable temps for 6950s
