The 10 coins are credited instantly when the account is created (limited to once per IP)
1. the wallets will be released end of february/beginning of march depending on the platform
2. the block explorer will be public also in early march
3. the exchange is ready you can see it on our website just the place order functionality is disabled
4. withdrawals are always possible
i dont get the 10 coin. Probably the problem is IP address thing. I use prepaid operator cellular service, for sure many people use the same IP address as I use.
