All the premined balances at this moment belong to the personal assets of the founder, koto.cash, so that the uses of the balances such as funds for faucets, exchange, developing expenses, and so on in the future are decided by own decision of koto.cash. As announced, around 2.10 M Koto of all the premined 3.92 M Koto was used for bounties to the developers by 2018-02-05.

They are using Zcash base. The project is growing, so Zcash can give them a lot of help. I heard about the conference in June.

I heard the dev from discord saying that they did not list KOTO on any exchange for now. So, I do not recommend you to trade on any exchange just for your own safety...

It is still too early to determine whether KOTO can overtake and outrun the Z-cash, as this project is still in the developing stage. However, you can see the dev team are now organising and gathering things and they keep updating us on the discord. So, right now I can tell you the KOTO will have a potential future in this crypto world.
