Are we entering a bear market? Or are we already in it? Is this depression temporarily because of the bullrun we've witnessed in alts recently? Or will it last a while?

Would love to hear some thoughts and opinions.

I don't think we are entering in to a bear market although it's really too early to tell one way or another. I think this is just a lot of FUD and misinformation causing panic based on South Korean 'ban'. This already happened once before guys with China, learn your lessons and don't believe everything you hear straight away.

Already on it. But it is not multi-year, it will last one or two months.

I rather call it a lacking incentive to support the price with no upcoming events happening. I don't see it tank below the $10,000 level, but we might see $11-$12,000 prices, from where we will then increase again. I wouldn't really mind picking up some cheaper coins for trading purposes, because these repetitive movements are quite profitable actually. You up front know that it will bounce up again, and it really does. If you time it right, you can make an easy 5% per day at minimum, and that without much effort at all.

I'd call it a bear market if all top performing coins of the previous year start tanking down without any sign of bouncing back. We might be in one, but I don't think it'll last for years like the stagnation of 2014-2015. Mind you, there are more people in this market today compared to what it was 3-4 years ago, so the future is bright and other traders wouldn't want the price gloomy for a long time. As I see it, $12k or even lower is possible to be reached. Even $8k is still an okay launching pad for most people.
