GUIMiner Config Help please!!!Command line options set a device that doesn't exi

Hi guys! I'm new on mining, and I have some troubles...
I started with guiminer and I get this error

 "Listener for "Default" started
 Listener for "Default": [2018-01-12 17:02:20] Started cgminer 3.7.2
 Listener for "Default": [2018-01-12 17:02:21] Command line options set a device that doesn't exist"

My pc :

Ryzen 1600
Sapphire Pulse Radeon 4gb rx560
8gb ram

My config:
Thread conc: 3200
Worksize:256
Vector: 1
Intensity:12
GPU thear: 2
Stratum (I tried yes and no)

I don't know if is it a good conf

I tried with p2p pool and others and no work (I have cgminer instaled too
Any help?? Thank you at all!!!
