probably Coinexchange.io listing would help. I did manage to buy and withdraw LTC for market price from btc-alpa so they seem to work at least. And ofc people deal a lot with stocks.exchange since Coinsmarkets have scammed everybody and took my 13.49 LTC with it but that's low on buy orders. And Cryptopia or Yobit have stopped processing new coins for months now. Also some new coins ARGO and Bashc are at crypto-bridge decentraized stuff so I had no choice but to sell the coins there. As long as there's DOGE or LTC for decent price to withdraw funds they seem fine.
