In order to mine Scolcoin, we need to have 12coins? does this means we need to invest before we are able to mine this coin?
Why should we do that? usually we just have to start the miner app to mine a coin.

We are a social project of Colombian origin (South America) - we are Proof of Stake and on July 20 we will have super SCOL nodes a specialized mining team for our currency with this the project will have a great value! We are the Social Asset of Colombia |
