This will probably be solved soon I guess.. But until then.

Initiated a Doge withdrawal on 2018-01-09 21:14:35 for about 89,000 DOGE, or $1000 at the time.

Status is "awaiting"

Support ticket is unanswered although I have received a response from their twitter account. They simply said "24 hours" 48 hours ago.

When dealing with a new exchange, I strongly recommend withdrawing a small amount first as a test. It seems that all other currencies are withdrawing fine. It's only DOGE that's experiencing issues from what I've read on their Twitter account. And only DOGE withdrawals that occurred on the day I made my withdrawal. Some users report that new DOGE withdrawals are working fine.

I've also sent emails to all contact addresses that I could fine online.

Just gotten another response from them via Twitter that they are working on it. I have to admit, it's probably not a scam. Will give it a week before I go psycho I guess. They're not willing to give me a time frame, just saying, "it will be resolved"

Took a week, got my money! Team was responsive on Twitter. Not much more you can ask for.

I am currently having problem withdrawing my DOGE from their website. They are not responding on twitter to my claim. This is bad for first timer.
