Hello guys,

I had deposited 1200 USD with my card, and I successful deposited.
Also balance showing in USD and I had buy LTC fom trading.
when i going to withdraw LTC its showing, notification No enough Fund.
But i see my Balance in Wallet are over 4.8 LTC.

When i see Transaction History, My money showing on Hold why, I got debited money from my bank.
Please solve my problem fast, I am very worried about this.

I had created a ticket but no one replying there, today almost 3 to 4 days now.
Ticket ID : JGD-YRFWS-818

When i trying to contact to their facebook or other all social media page, they are blocking to me.
I cant write anything to him on social media. And i trying to call to this Customer Support number +44 20 3608 8233
from 3 to 4 days, no one receiving my call.

Please help its my hard money, help anyone or any solution what to do.

unfortunately most exchange has these problems and that's because they do not have a regulator to supervise them.

You called this number and no one answered you. they must have posted that number on their site so people think they are a serious company.
