I know I can't apply as a newbie - what I meant is, applying for it after becoming a Jr Member (when my activity count increases from 28 to 30). The Jr Member ranking is when the activity reaches 30, right?

Yeah, why people are wasting their time on this poorly managed campaign. Its clear that something is wrong with the campaign, don't wear the signature until the funds are escrowed by the trusted user of this forum.
