So...

Has anybody actually communicated with MyBitcoin support recently?

I was paying a merchant who used MyBitcoin and I accidentally sent a different number than MyBitcoin was expecting.  Apparently MyBitcoin's default behavior in this scenario is to keep the money.

Obviously I screwed up, but I don't understand why they wouldn't automatically return incorrect payments or at least give them to the merchant to deal with.  Seems like a major flaw to me, as I'm sure I'm not the first idiot to have done this  Wink

I used the messaging system to contact support, but I haven't heard back for quite some time.
