It all depends on whether bitcoin will be widely adopted and, if so, as what. For example, if bitcoin enters the mainstream as a currency, then the price would escalate significantly.
The price of bitcoin reached almost 20000 and bitcoin has never been close to being massively adopted, so if bitcoin really becomes mainstream in just a few years the price of bitcoin will reach prices almost unthinkable for us right now this is why I think it is going to take a lot longer for us to see full adoption around the world but if it happens sooner I cannot complain. Well hope for the best on bitcoin after five years. Since it reach all time high last year their is tendency to surpass this rate again. Yes if their is massive adoptions on thtis blockchain technology a possibility to happen again. Last year was a record that can not be forgotten. Lots of people are getting lucky and in the end they can succeed after getting many benefits. This is a miracle and not an impossible thing to happen in the next few years. Bitcoin turned a dream into a reality and now we are all dreaming, 5 years ahead is a reality, hopefully it can run smoothly. |

After five years if people still using bitcoin then maybe we can see the price of bitcoin at $100,000 or more, but it could be possible that bitcoin will not reach higher because we don't know in the future that there is another banning bitcoin in some countries.

I am not sure about the exact figure of the market value of the bitcoin after 5 years or so as no one can predict the market value of the bitcoin because of the highly volatile nature of the bitcoin.
No one is able to give us the exact figures of bitcoin future price, not even the creator of bitcoin because of the reason that market is highly affected by the demand and supply principle. Plus the number of buyers and sellers also affect the prices of the coin. If in the coming days, the buyers of bitcoin increase drastically, then it is definitely possible for bitcoin to reach some amazing and unbelievable prices. I think more and more people will ger awareness about cryptocurrency world and they will invest their money in it. by this way the market capital will increase and so will the price. in my opinion after 5 years the price will be more than $50k and the use of bitcoin will be almost all over the world. The main thing is not the price but the use of bitcoin as regular currency. |

I am sure that the price of Bitcoin after five years will surely go up tens of times from its current price. I can not imagine how high the Bitcoin price is after five years. I predict the price of Bitcoin after five years to become more than $ 1 million. |

Did you believe that bitcoin will reach $20K in 2017 when it was selling around $100 in 2012? But it actually happened so we can expect more than $100K in five years.But no one really knows it will or not. |

Bitcoins price will increase even more since there will be a shortage after the last wave of bitcoins and because of that, we can expect for the prices of cryptocurrency in the market to increase even more in the future. |

The chances of surpassing the all time high are great in five years, however whether you get profits or not will depend on how much you are convinced bitcoin is the future and on how long are you willing to hold your bitcoin, I say this because most people want fast profits and this seems unlikely at the moment so you need to aim for long term profits. |

its price will be sure higher than today but it wont be related with its technology, there are alot of great database technologies, great coins with better payment substructures , even today its price is not related with its technology. Its famous that just about it.in future it will be more famous so price will be more.

Do you know that lousy Facebook share made x10 in 5 years time. And we are talking about Bitcoin here. In 5 years time we will most likely be in a recovery phase of next Bitcoin cycle and price of Bitcoin will be between $80k to $400k. |

Bitcoins price will increase even more since there will be a shortage after the last wave of bitcoins and because of that, we can expect for the prices of cryptocurrency in the market to increase even more in the future. Overtime the price of bitcoin will always be on the increase, with some occasional dips in price. Bitcoin will hit at least 100K in the next 5 years |

Five years is an eternity in the crypto space. I am convinced that five years ago no one would imagine the price of bitcoin at this point, not even the current boom of alternative cryptocurrencies and ICOs. Therefore it is really impossible to predict what will happen with the bitcoin in five years, although from an optimistic point of view I would expect its price to be fairly stable above $100,000. |
