Forgetting Memo of Stellar

Hey guys !

A friend of me sent XLM from his binance wallet to koineks (Turkish exchange). But he forgot to write MEMO. He told me that he sent a message to Binance support and he gave transaction ID and adress to them. Binance says 'the problem was solved' but he is still waiting for his XLM's. He is kind of newbie, so i want to help him and write here.

Hi. When this situation happened? If your friend already gave transaction ID and address - it should be fine. Maybe some technical delay. Similar issue was discussed on Reddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/Stellar/comments/7fei7r/missing_xlm_deposit_in_bittrex_due_to_no_tagmemo/

Hey! It has been a week! I read similar topics on reddit, but they didn't help. I m sure Binance is helpful but i don't trust Turkish Exchange(he wrote them too and they simply replied 'forget your money'). Is there anything related with them on this issue ? Maybe thats why he is so desperate now. I m the one who pull him into crypto business by the way =) Thats why i feel a bit responsible for that. I want him take his money back very much...
